Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-19

1. Who we are

Best CTV Ad Platforms (bestctvadplatforms.com) is published by Alegria Media and Consulting Ltd. ("we"). We are responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us only through the contact page.

2. What we collect

The site has no user accounts, payments or comments, and its tools work without personal data. We handle personal data in three places only.

  • Contact form: the name, email address, topic and message you send, plus the extra copyright fields if you choose that topic.
  • Hosting logs: our hosting provider records your IP address, browser details, the pages you request and the time, for security and to keep the site running.
  • Google Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when the fonts load.

The site does not use cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. There is no analytics or advertising code.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

We use contact messages to reply and to fix vendor information, and logs to protect and operate the site. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the site and answering you. Where the law requires consent, we ask for it.

4. Who receives it

Hosting and infrastructure providers, the form delivery provider once the form is connected, and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep contact messages as long as needed to handle them, then delete them. Server logs are kept for a limited period set by the host.

7. Your rights

EU and UK: you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to a supervisory authority.

California (CCPA/CPRA): you can ask to know and delete your data, correct it, and opt out of sale or sharing, which we do not do. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

Elsewhere: you can also use rights you have under other privacy laws that apply to you.

To exercise any right, use the contact page with the topic "Privacy request".

8. Children

The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and its date.
